Mike Moyer

Senior Project Manager, Industrial & Commercial

Mike is the manager of the industrial division. He has project managers and estimators reporting to him for all projects related to the division. Mikes leadership and management style has forged a strong team which translates to the field. His experience as an Electrician, Foreman and Estimator serves him well as the Senior Manager.

Mike has over 20 years of experience as a Electrician, Foreman, and Estimator. He began employment with Swartley Brothers in January of 2002 with the acquisition of Delp Electric Inc.

Todd Delp

Project Manager, Industrial & Commercial

Todd has been with Swartley Brothers since 1993 as an Electrician and has over 19 years of industry experience. He has been a key contributor to the company’s growth.

He does an exceptional job. He helps to keep jobs running in a timely manner and keeps the team motivated on each project.

Todd went through the 4-year Apprenticeship Program at Montco Technical Career Center.

Wes Hollingsworth

Project Manager, Industrial & Commercial

Wes started with Swartley Brother’s in 1998 as an Electrician. He has always taken great care to listen to the customer’s needs and makes sure the good quality work is completed by his jobs. As a project manager he manages each project with detail and communicates with the customer as the project comes to completion.

Wes went through the Pennsylvania apprenticeship program and has been in the industry for over 12 years.

Chris Derstine

Project Manager, Industrial & Commercial

Chris started with Swartley Brothers as an Electrician in 1992. He advanced from an Electrician’s Helper to a Lead Electrician and moved into the office to fill a Project Manager position in 2003.

Chris attended college while working as an Electrician and presently uses his field experience and education to perform tasks as an Electrical Designer. Some of the tasks Chris performs are Electrical Short Circuit & Coordination Studies, Arc Flash Hazard Analysis, Power Distribution Design, Energy Efficiency and Lighting Design and whole building electrical system designs.

Clair Souder

Clair started with Swartley Brothers in 1992 as an Electrician and has over 19 years of industry experience. We are pleased he rejoined us after a 4 year hiatus.  His experience in all areas of the field helps to allow us to keep projects moving in a timely manner and on budget.

Richard Gilmour

Estimator

Rich joined Swartley Brother’s in 2007 and brought with him his vast industry experience. He has been in the electrical industry for 26 years. With his experience he is able to walk through and with detailed precision come up with accurate pricing. Rich is skilled in projects from Light Commercial through Heavy Industrial work.

There is no job too small or large and he can handle budget pricing to final project pricing. He works hand in hand with the project managers to insure a good transition and follow through. He also is customer focused and works with the customers to make sure they are getting what is needed for the project.

Jeff Burdge

Project Manager, Wireless Communications

Jeff began with Swartley Brothers in 2002 as a Project Manager. Prior to joining Swartley Brothers, Jeff worked as a Project Manager for Wireless Spectrum Services where he established the electrical division.

Jeff holds a degree in Electrical Theory from Sussex County Community College in New Jersey. In addition, he has a New Jersey State Electrical License and a Philadelphia Electrical License.

Jim Bush

Project Manager, Wireless Communications

Jim began employment with Swartley Brothers as an Electrician in 1981. He advanced from an Electrician’s Helper to a Forman, first with our Industrial accounts and then as a Forman with our cellular accounts. In 2000, Jim moved into the office as a Project Manager in the cellular group. Before his employment at Swartley Brothers, Jim worked as an apprentice with a local electrical contractor.

Jim holds a degree in Electrical Technology from Middle Bucks Vocational Technical School.

Bob Lewis

Senior Project Manager, Tele/Data Division

Bob has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry as an estimator, project manager, operations manager and business owner.  His experience and knowledge lends itself to his involvement in the vast changes in the structured cabling industry. He is responsible for the day to day operations, development and training of the Tele/Data division.

Bob Schmid

Project Manager, Tele/Data Division

Bob began employment with Swartley Brothers in 1997. He began his career in the United States Navy where he spent four years, first working as an Electronics Technician and then as a Lead Electronics Technician. In this role, Bob gained expertise in VHF/UHF communications and electronic aids to both ship and aircraft navigations (Loran & Tacan).

Before joining Swartley Brothers, Bob worked for 28 years as a Field Engineer for International Business Machines where he serviced mid-range systems and their attached peripherals (disk and tape drives as well as data communications). In addition, he supported both high speed impact and high speed laser printers.

Bob holds an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology from Spring Garden Institute.
