Robert H. Swartley (Bob)

President

Bob is the President and majority shareholder of Swartley Brothers. He continues the tradition that has made Swartley Brothers a leader in the electrical industry in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Bob continues to lead the organization to new accomplishments and keeps the employees first as his father Bud has when he led the company. The company today is trusted with some of the area’s most prestigious businesses in the Delaware Valley.

Bob received his degree in Electrical Engineering from Spring Garden College in 1980. He is also a graduate of Keystone Junior College and Lansdale Catholic High School. Like his father, Bob worked in the field during his high school and college years, getting practical, hands-on experience. After College he continued to estimate and project manage and build on his customer relationships.

Robert W. Swartley (Bud)

Vice President

Bud received his degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University in 1947. He worked as an electrician in the field before and during his college years. Bud is Vice President of Swartley Brothers. Still actively involved in the corporation, Bud continues to work every day on engineering, estimating and managing jobs.

Bud is a perfectionist. He never allows electricians to take shortcuts to save time. Because of his attention to detail and insistence on neatness, the phrase "the Swartley Way" has become synonymous with quality workmanship. Bud is renowned throughout the community as someone who looks out for the customer. Clients know they can rely on Bud as an ethical businessman. This commitment to the community has helped Swartley Brothers to develop and maintain a solid reputation.

Todd Moyer

Vice President, Operations

Todd is Vice President, Operations and a minority shareholder. He is responsible for all operations for the Industrial and Commercial Division and Cellular Division. He oversees all aspects of operations from estimating to billing and works with the Senior Project Managers to run field operations. Todd’s ability to build a highly effective team and listen to the customer’s needs makes him a real asset to the company’s internal and external customers.

Todd has been in the electrical construction business since 1984. His hands on experience helps solve the day to day issues that arise in the fast-paced construction industry. He is a key contributor to our success.

Greg Weikel

Business Manager

Greg is the Business Manager for the Company. He is responsible for the financial management of the company. He has a broad set of areas he is responsible for including Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Human Resources for the organization. He is the plan administrator and trustee for the companies 401k and manages the employee benefits for the company.

In addition, he keeps the fleet of vehicles moving and in order and is responsible for all aspects of inventory control. His organizational and management skills in the Swartley organization makes him an asset as we continue to grow the business.

Greg is a graduate of Christopher Dock High School and Delaware Valley College with a Bachelors degree in Business.

Mike Moyer

Senior Project Manager, Industrial and Commercial Division

Mike is the manager of the industrial division. He has project managers and estimators reporting to him for all projects related to the division. Mikes leadership and management style has forged a strong team which translates to the field. His experience as an Electrician, Foreman and Estimator serves him well as the Senior Manager.

Mike has over 20 years of experience as a Electrician, Foreman, and Estimator. He began employment with Swartley Brothers in January of 2002 with the acquisition of Delp Electric Inc.

Jim Hawkins

Senior Project Manager, Cellular Division

Jim has over 20 years of experience in electrical construction and has been employed with Swartley Bros since 1989. His workmanship and his work ethic is a good representation of what Swartley Bros is about. From working with the customers to directing the employees on the job, he is the consummate professional. His team has a can do attitude.
